1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the CashWapsi website and mobile app.
• Cashback: A portion of the transaction amount returned to you after making a purchase through one of our affiliated retailers.
• Reward: Includes any promotional points or bonuses you earn for performing specific activities on the Platform.
• Retailers: Refers to third-party merchants with whom we partner to provide Cashback and Rewards for purchases made via the Platform.
• Member: Any user who creates an account and uses the Platform.
• Referral Program: A program where Members earn rewards for referring new users to CashWapsi.

2. Membership and Eligibility

To use the CashWapsi Platform, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

3. Cashback and Reward Program

• Cashback: Earned when a Member completes a qualifying transaction with a participating Retailer through the Platform.
• Rewards: May be earned for referrals, promotional activities, or completing specific challenges within the Platform. These may include referral bonuses, seasonal campaigns, and app-exclusive offers.
• Conditions: Cashback and Rewards are credited after the transaction is verified by the Retailer, which may take up to 90 days. If a transaction is returned, cancelled, or deemed ineligible, the Cashback will not be credited.

Amazon Purchase Verification

To qualify for cashback on purchases made through Amazon using our affiliate link, you must provide the exact time of purchase in the format HH:MM (e.g., 14:30 for 2:30 PM).

Failure to provide the purchase time will disqualify you from receiving cashback for that transaction. This requirement ensures that the purchase is verified as being made through our link.

4. Operation of Our Service

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend aspects of the Platform, or the entirety of it, for legal, security, or technical reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days in advance, except in urgent cases. Access to the Platform may be affected by technical issues beyond our control. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Members will be informed in advance of any scheduled downtime for maintenance. We strive to minimize such interruptions to ensure a seamless experience for our users.

5. Referral Program

You can earn Rewards by referring new users to CashWapsi. Referrals are only valid if:

• The referred user signs up using your referral link or code.
• The referred user completes a qualifying transaction through the Platform.

The terms of the referral program, including reward amounts and conditions, may change without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We are committed to safeguarding your data and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. CashWapsi does not share your personal data with Retailers unless explicitly required for transaction validation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Platform, its content, and services are provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or service provided via the Platform. CashWapsi and its affiliated parties have no liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues experienced on the Platform.

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data. Our total liability is limited to zero rupees (₹0), in line with our policy of providing cashback services at no cost to you.

8. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or content provided by Retailers. CashWapsi does not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of third-party content. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

9. Communications

By registering for an account on CashWapsi, you agree to receive marketing communications, including updates, promotions, and offers via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but we will still send you essential service-related messages, such as transaction confirmations or account-related notices.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CashWapsi against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms. This includes any liabilities related to transactions made with Retailers or misuse of referral codes.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version of the Terms will always be posted on the Platform. We will notify you of significant changes at least 3 days in advance, after which the updated Terms will apply.

If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may stop using the Platform, but your continued use will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
